In a large family of more than 250 members, certain values are essential: responsibility, farsightedness and a knack for organising are certainly among them. Caroline Pichler knows perfectly well that it takes commitment and empathy in a family. Her friendly demeanour and cheerful attitude make everyone feel welcome.

„PICHLER projects is a big family. Our work is demanding, and things occasionally get quite stressful. But we always help each other, no matter how hectic the day.”

Working with PICHLER projects is a great privilege – at the personal as well as professional level. The company’s headquarters in Bolzano is an open-plan building with an exciting architectural design that fosters exchange. All PICHLER departments are closely interlinked, from the sales office to design and planning, material procurement, the production of steel constructions and façades, logistics, assembly, administration, and project management. This approach enables the people behind PICHLER projects to advance their own skill sets within the company by switching departments or assuming new tasks.

PICHLER especially appreciates a willingness to embrace change in its staff.

„When we see that someone is motivated to get ahead, PICHLER projects will absolutely give that person chances to do so. We have employees who have switched from production to the planning office and others who went from the planning office into international project management.“

PICHLER projects’ international focus makes the company especially attractive to people who enjoy travelling and exploring other cultures and ways of life. Headquartered at the heart of the Dolomites, it carries out projects all over the world and gives its employees the opportunity to manage construction sites abroad. If you decide to make PICHLER the next stage of your professional career, you may find yourself on a site in New York soon, contributing to the construction of a futuristic residential building such as the luxurious 520 West 28th Street complex. Or perhaps you will head to Geneva to work on the realisation of an architectural masterpiece, such as the new headquarters of the Société Privée de Gérance.

These ambitious projects are often planned by renowned architectural firms and owned by high-profile clients. Visionaries who plan the cities of the future and turn to PICHLER because they know that we always find innovative solutions, carefully manage complex construction sites, ensure on-time logistics and make dreams come true. Every member of PICHLER projects creates genuine, timeless masterpieces. They are fascinating buildings that create lasting value for society.

And to make them happen, it takes an indomitable team spirit.

„At PICHLER projects, we make every effort to encourage the kind of team spirit that is absolutely crucial for the well-being of our members and the success of our projects.“

Caroline Pichler

Personal and professional development play an important role at PICHLER projects. That is why we organise language courses to help you gain proficiency in foreign tongues and ad-hoc training courses for specific departments and fields of responsibility. PICHLER projects also takes advantages of its projects across Italy and abroad to foster exchange and team-building: we organise project visits and promote projects that have been proposed during employee initiatives. Physical fitness is important to us, too. We organise sporting activities in teams and offer our employees a common area with a ping-pong table so they can get moving during breaks. Our in-house canteen serves freshly cooked, healthy food every day.

Events and leisure activities boost team cohesion. That is why we celebrate Christmas and Ferragosto together and we celebrate our employees on important dates such as birthdays, births, wedding days, professional milestones and anniversaries. And we always honour the incredible spirit of loyalty and solidarity that ties our team together. PICHLER projects actively sponsors many sports and educational associations as well as art and culture. We believe that it is important to make tangible contributions to the development of our society and enable the members of our PICHLER projects family to enjoy interesting leisure events and activities.

Every single one of PICHLER’s projects offers an exciting challenge and the opportunity to contribute to the realisation of a masterpiece that will be appreciated for all eternity. Working on these projects is a privilege and a chance to grow.
We can achieve anything together. We are the PICHLER projects family.

„If you show up for the people in your company and have their back, you can rely on their full support, too. At PICHLER, we believe in a flat hierarchy, the potential of close partnerships, responsibility, involvement and modesty.“
