The company’s headquarters in Bolzano is an open-plan building with an exciting architectural design that fosters exchange. All PICHLER departments are closely interlinked, from the sales office to design and planning, material procurement, the production of steel constructions and façades, logistics, assembly, administration, and project management. This approach enables the people behind PICHLER projects to advance their own skill sets within the company by switching departments or assuming new tasks.

Personal and professional development play an important role at PICHLER projects. That is why we organise language courses to help you gain proficiency in foreign tongues and ad-hoc training courses for specific departments and fields of responsibility. PICHLER projects also takes advantages of its projects across Italy and abroad to foster exchange and team-building: we organise project visits and promote projects that have been proposed during employee initiatives. Physical fitness is important to us, too. We organise sporting activities in teams and offer our employees a common area with a ping-pong table so they can get moving during breaks. Our in-house canteen serves freshly cooked, healthy food every day.
Events and leisure activities boost team cohesion. That is why we celebrate Christmas and Ferragosto together and we celebrate our employees on important dates such as birthdays, births, wedding days, professional milestones and anniversaries. And we always honour the incredible spirit of loyalty and solidarity that ties our team together. PICHLER projects actively sponsors many sports and educational associations as well as art and culture. We believe that it is important to make tangible contributions to the development of our society and enable the members of our PICHLER projects family to enjoy interesting leisure events and activities.
