projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Production plant

Research and healthcare

This building complex provides Chiesi Farmaceutici with a new headquarters and centre for research and development. It contains all resources and technologies required to develop and optimise new chemical entities (NCE). Its function as a knowledge hub is also reflected in its architecture: open spaces alternate with various functional and structural elements, giving the overall structure a striking-yet-intimate character. Emilio Faroldi Associati provided the design.

The complex, which primarily accommodates the research lab, consists of two identical buildings arranged in a staggered layout.

Their façades constitute the first point of contact between the competence centre and the outside world. They are the face of the institute, visible from afar.

At the same time, they are a complete solution ensuring both a pleasant indoor climate and excellent energy efficiency. Thanks to its unique layout, the complex serves two functions: the high-performance components and materials of its cladding optimise heat exchange, while innovative passive systems allow the building to generate its own energy, facilitating at least partial self-sufficiency.
