Office building
Technology for technology
Designed by Busselli Scherer, this six-storey multipurpose building unites laboratories, offices and public spaces behind a dynamic façade.
Natural daylight was the central design element, shaping not only the interior atmosphere but also the building's form. The façade reflects its surroundings, continuously altering its appearance.
With 198 operable windows and 2.4 km of posts and beams, the building envelope represents an impressive planning and construction feat.
The custom-made elements, produced in our Bolzano workshop and assembled on-site, were based on extensive prototype development. They form the structural backbone of the façade while securing the building's architectural identity. Like a tailored garment, the precisely coordinated elements envelop the structure, lending it an elegant, enduring and distinctive aesthetic. Located in NOI Techpark, South Tyrol's hub for technology and science, the building itself becomes a symbol of innovation, architectural quality and urban renewal.
