Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Earthquake-proof and energy-efficient

The new headquarters of Rizzoli S.r.l. spans an area of 24,386 square metres.

Its redesign embodies the radical change the company has undergone in order to conquer new markets. The futuristic new building seamlessly blends into its surrounding nature. It was designed with aspects of building biology in mind: the roof gardens consist of native plants, while grassy areas boost energy efficiency. The main focus during the planning process, however, was earthquake protection.

The building houses the company’s administration, management and business representation departments. Set across 1,150 square metres, it consists of three overground storeys. In the central section, a single floor spanning 1,575 square meters accommodates the warehouse for finished products and the shipping department. The northeast section contains the production facilities, which also occupy an entire floor of 9,375 square metres.

All façades consist of ventilated, insulated modules attached to a steel substructure. The cladding of the external façade is made from horizontally profiled metal panels.
