projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Campus Einaudi

Turin 2013

University

Learning in daylight

With 16,700 square metres of roof and 54 pipe profiles, the Campus Einaudi in Turin is an impressive feat of engineering. The University of Turin counts many famous personalities among its graduates: Luigi Einaudi, Primo Levi, Rita Levi Montalcini and Umberto Eco are only a few. Thanks to a design from the architecture firm Foster & Partners, its Campus Luigi Einaudi has made a name for itself, too. It is one of the world’s ten most spectacular university buildings.

With transparent façades and flowing lines, two large buildings open towards the outside world. A roof consisting of a single, wave-shaped structure connects them to each other. The campus is characterised by its bright and visually lightweight anatomy, which features many open passages leading to the public areas. At the centre of the building complex, a garden surrounded by arcades forms the green heart of the campus. The long exterior edges of the two large buildings blend beautifully into their surroundings. Their straight lines contrast with the curved interior edges, which frame the splendid main square.

The futuristic building complex houses the University of Turin’s faculties of law and politics. Set on a plot formerly occupied by Italglas, the building was erected as part of a major initiative launched by the University of Turin following its purchase the area between Parco Dora and the Corso Regina Margherita in the late 1990s.
