projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Bicycle and pedestrian bridge

High above the sea

You could probably call it the new symbol of Pescara. It certainly is the city’s most futuristic building: the Ponte del Mare bridge for pedestrians and cyclists, connecting the shores of the Pescara river that crosses the city centre.

The project was used as a case study at two specialist conferences (in Porto and Bangkok), illustrating the realisation of a draft into a finished building and the technical feasibility and durability of the construction. The planning phase of this architectural creation particularly focused on shape, material selection, public reactions, the effect of the building on the area, its historical context, technology and building costs.

Ponte del Mare is part of a new generation of cable-stayed bridges: the type of suspension bridge whose deck is supported by steel cables attached to one or multiple pylons.

It consists of a cycling path and a footbridge; the former is 440.72 metres long, the latter spans 465.60 metres.
