Eagle+West is a residential project of remarkable architectural quality, distinguished by precise composition and exceptional technical execution. The striking building complex, designed by OMA, comprises two sculpturally shaped towers that engage in a close dialogue with the Hudson River and Manhattan's skyline. The façade makes a bold design statement with precast concrete elements and striped shingles, creating a dynamic, shifting appearance that changes with the viewer's perspective. Over 15,000 m² of glazed surfaces and 42 window types lend the façade system both extraordinary aesthetic impact and high technological performance.
