projects
Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Office building
A new gateway to northern Salzburg
Situated at Salzburg's northern entrance, the NVZ Itzling local supply centre, developed by the Raiffeisenverband Salzburg, exemplifies how modern urban development can thrive under challenging conditions while embracing sustainable construction, multifunctionality and biodiversity. Designed by the architectural consortium Lechner-Lechner & Schallhammer & Scheicher, the NVZ Itzling provides 4,000 m² of retail space on the ground floor, with three cantilevered upper floors offering 6,500 m² for gastronomy and offices.
The landscaped first floor, spanning approximately 2,300 m², is adorned with 40 trees and around 10,000 shrubs and plants. Together with the green roof, this fosters a positive microclimate, enhances local biodiversity, and elevates the centre's appeal. A photovoltaic system generates up to 30,000 kWh of clean electricity for on-site use, reducing operating costs and saving over seven tonnes of CO2 annually.
To execute the inclined and twisted rear-ventilated façades for the building's rotated form, PICHLER projects employed 3D planning followed by precise installation. They also delivered the mullion-transom façades, the fibre-cement ground-floor façade, windows for the first to third upper floors, two skylights, roof parapet cladding and a steel canopy structure.
