projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Salorno 2023

Residential building

A meeting place for generations

The senior care home in Salorno, designed by Pedevilla Architects in Bruneck, not only provides a new home for 50 residents but also creates a space for intergenerational encounters.

The care facility meets the highest modern living and care standards while harmoniously blending into its surroundings. Thanks to its central location, residents can maintain active participation in village life.

Integration with the natural environment and numerous opportunities to engage with nature are central elements of this care home, built with people in mind. The aim was to ensure residents could continue nurturing their social connections and maintain close ties with Salorno’s village community, facilitated by the innovative façade, generous window openings, outdoor walkways, terraces and the building's location.

The project also excels technically. By prefabricating the façade systems, disruptions to traffic and the quality of life for the local population were kept to a minimum.
