Environmental strategy and cutting-edge technology
The structure planning, the load-bearing steel structure, the envelope and the glass curtain walls: this architectural masterpiece perfectly embodies the innovative environmental strategy of the Haas enterprise.
It is an impressive achievement both at the technological and operative level.
The new industrial laundry is constructed in a way that returns 70 precent of all wastewater to the production cycle.
PICHLER projects planned, constructed and installed the metal structures of the entire building. The tubular rafters of the construction do not only carry the roof, they also support the large polycarbonate skylights in the saw-tooth roof.Pipe profiles offer a crucial hygiene advantage for this building type: the closed structure minimises dust accumulation.
PICHLER projects also realised the building envelope, from the glass façade down to the prefabricated steel and aluminium elements.
