projects
Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Ottobrunn 2023
Office building
A defining landmark in Ottobrunn near Munich
The Ottobrunn office park, located southeast of Munich, has evolved over time into a vibrant hub offering diverse spaces for tenants of all sizes. The ‘Campus 2020’ project enhances this complex with a striking, approximately 40-metre-high office tower, an expanded underground car park, a gastro-pavilion within a reimagined campus park, and an extension to the beam structure. This extension continues the ship's bow architectural motif at the northern entrance, completing the U-shaped building and framing the campus park.
Completed in April 2023, the bold tower, offering 4,200 m² of gross rental space across eleven floors, was designed by the acclaimed Munich-based firm Raupach, renowned for its contemporary architectural achievements. Its height and form make ‘Campus 2020’ a singular landmark in the Munich region, towering over Ottobrunn. Like other structures in the park, it boasts a sleek, modern design with large, full-height openings that create captivating views both inward and outward. Superior workplace quality is ensured through bright, spacious offices, individually operable ventilation openings and a bespoke fit-out tailored to each occupant's needs.
PICHLER projects contributed its deep expertise in external façades by designing a remarkable unitized curtain wall system spanning 6,240 m². The 1,050 elements were prefabricated in Bolzano and delivered in assembly sequence to optimise transport and installation efficiency, lifted directly from lorries and mounted with brackets. Meticulous care was taken to align each element precisely in all directions, as curved structures like this tower demand millimetre-perfect measurements.
