projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

A new façade – without any downtime

This project is an outstanding example of how the exterior of an existing production facility can be remodelled entirely while keeping costs manageable.

The new façade of the Mila plant in Bolzano covers old sections of the building, with its clear lines creating a charismatic, structured appearance.

Its roof is made from perforated (5 mm) trapezoidal sheets affixed to a steel substructure.

Steel proved to be the perfect solution for a more aesthetically pleasing, uniform look. It offers an optimal balance between strength and visual lightness while fulfilling all requirements for wind resistance and sheet metal overhangs.

A massive support structure (38 kg/m2) allowed us to install a half-metre-deep service walkway along the wall of the building to facilitate regular maintenance.

The construction site itself turned out to be a challenge, as it was not possible to pause regular operations in the production hall that needed renewing. This meant that all installation work had to be carried out while production was ongoing, and it needed to be scheduled at times that would not impact on the processing of the fresh milk.
