projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Museum

A sustainable cultural centre for science

The MUSE (MUseo delle ScienzE: Natural Science Museum) explores ethical and social topics, focusing on current debates such as ecology and sustainable development. Its six storeys (four overground, two underground) are dedicated to the diversity of natural habitats and ecosystems. Thanks to the museum’s partnership with the technological district of Trentino, the building project was awarded the LEED® Gold Certification (LEED = Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, guidelines for sustainable planning and construction).

When developing the load-bearing structures and façades of the building as eye-catching elements for museum visitors, the architects drew inspiration from the ideas of the Renzo Piano Building Workshop. Made almost entirely from glass, the building presents an intricate interplay between surfaces and volume. Its sweeping roof slopes, clearly visible from the outside, are supported by a special substructure. With its four main volumes (office block, lobby, museum and greenhouse), the project is geometrically complex.
