projects

Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Office building

A new paradigm for curtain wall façades

At 360 Bowery, modern architecture serves as a tool for urban renewal through bespoke technological solutions and a design language in close dialogue with its urban context.

The building consciously sets itself apart from Manhattan’s dense construction, establishing itself as a new architectural landmark that combines technical expertise with design elegance. The fully project-specific curtain wall, reminiscent of a classic curtain wall system, integrates harmoniously into the cityscape while giving the structure a distinctive identity.

Spanning over 4,200 m², it was designed as a custom building envelope, incorporating 178 operable elements and a stick-built system that meets the highest standards of precision and execution.

The complexity of the façade construction demanded meticulous planning and implementation, including specific testing procedures to assess structural resilience and acoustic performance, always adhering to the strictest international standards.

360 Bowery, the realised vision of Morris Adjmi Architects, strikes a balance between formal clarity and construction innovation. The façade serves not just as a functional envelope but as a design element that conveys transparency, lightness and a pleasant atmosphere while accentuating the building's characteristic architecture.
