Commercial building with Administration
Built for people
Park Edison, designed by Pichler Architects, is a modern building complex in Bolzano’s industrial zone, spanning 7,100 m² for offices, exhibitions and production.
Two functional blocks – one production hall and one administrative building – are connected by a ramp system suitable for large vehicles.
The buildings were constructed using steel and concrete.
The façade of the office building breaks the linearity of the hall with protrusions and recesses, creating architectural highlights. Built to the CasaClima A standard, it provides workspaces tailored to the needs of the people working there. A key contribution comes from the building envelope, whose external slats are positioned to ensure ample daylight enters the interiors while providing optimal sun protection throughout the year.
