Office building
Local companies collaborating
A consortium of seven local companies has realised a project for ITAS Mutua, which was advertised for bids in a two-stage tendering process It was limited to 50 architects and engineers based in the Autonomous Province of Trento.
The modern building is the final touch to the Le Albere district, planned by Renzo Piano Building Workshop. It was constructed on a triangular plot, which has considerably influenced the architecture of the building. The steel structures provided by PICHLER projects allow for wide spans and emphasise the dimensions of the new office building, which narrows towards its southern tip like a floating parallelepiped aligned with the roads.
The combination of empty spaces and full rooms gives the building a strong symbolic value which matches the intentionally representative character of the new office complex.
Our steel structure and building envelope make important contributions to its overall aesthetics. For our client, it was an added bonus to rely exclusively on the expertise of us as a single, dependable partner.
