projects
Our passion and drive have been instrumental to the success of numerous projects both domestically and all around the world.
All of those projects have different characteristics, different background stories and different specific requirements.
But each and every one of them embodies our whole experience.
They are all unique.
From industrial hangars to high-bay warehouses, from bold suspension bridges to glass skyscrapers in the world’s largest cities, we have realised more than 2000 projects over the years.
The following selection showcases our various areas of competence.

Office building
Koryfeum Business Park in Unterschleissheim
Based on plans by the architecture firm Gewers Pudewill, the 60,000-square-metre plot at Landshuter Strasse in Unterschleissheim near Munich is being turned into an innovative, state-of-the-art business complex spanning more than 80,000 square metres. Construction fields 2, 5 and 6 form the first section of the new office campus. They span a combined area of 24,500 square metres, and PICHLER projects has been put in charge of producing and installing all building envelopes. They consist of approximately 16,000 square metres of window panels and 95 tonnes of steel structures.
On the ground floor, PICHLER projects has installed mullion-transom façades and doors. On the upper floors, it has attached window sealing tapes and cladding made from aluminium sheets and external Venetian blinds covering the windows and façades. The company has also supplied building technology enclosures and parapet claddings for the roof areas. Two generously projecting canopies featuring sheet metal cladding and sunshade louvers were built for the restaurant pavilion.
Construction began in March 2022, and PICHLER projects completed its works on schedule in May 2023, despite supply issues affecting the availability of raw materials.
The German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen e.V.) has awarded its gold building certification to the Koryfeum.
